Sofia top has a classic vintage, femanine vibe. Sofia top is made up of a rayon crepe like fabric that features a smocked back with a slight V neck, puff sleeves (with elastic at cuffs and shoulders) 

All sizes in this top are true to size beside the extra large and large if you are usually a large I would size up to extra large. It you are a large or XL but have a smaller bra size you will not have to size up.  I hope that's helpful!
