Refund policy
All sales are final on items listed at a discount, sold during a promotion or event, was an accepted exchange, and purchases using store credit.
We do not issue refunds. Store credit only.

Returns can take up to one month!
Return Policy:
Request for returns via online store must be emailed to alohiwaihawaii@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery of the item(s). If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to process the return.
Returns are reviewed and only accepted based on the following criteria: received the wrong item, sizing, or if you received a damaged or defective item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items are inspected upon return and will determine if store credit will be issued.
Items purchased on sale, during a promotion, using store credit or via an exchange are ineligible for returns.
Eligible returns via the online store will receive store credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
All sales from our boutique and/or purchased during an event are final.
Steps to facilitate a Return:
- Email alohiwaihawaii@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving the item(s). In the subject line and in the email, include your Order# and what items you're requesting to return and reason for return.
- We will review your request. If eligible, will then email you the return address to mail back the return. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We prefer items to be mailed with tracking information. We are not responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit on its way back to us. We can only issue store credit if the item is successfully received and able to be inspected by our team.
- After receiving the items in their original state, we will issue you store credit. An email containing a unique code will be emailed to you with the eligible store credit amount.
Store Credit
Store credits are issued on eligible returns. Please see return policy above for reference.
After we have received and inspected the return item(s), an email will be sent with the unique code and amount for store credit.
Store credit may only be used online and does not expire. Purchases made with store credit are final.

All sales final on sale items.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
