Orders are shipped within 5 - 10 business days of purchase.

Shipping Policy:

Orders are shipped within 5 - 10 business days of purchase. Purchases made during a big release or sale may take up to the 10th business day to ship. 

All orders are shipped in the order they are received. 

Orders over $150 USD receive free shipping. 

Paying for the 2-day shipping option at checkout does not mean that your item will be shipped to you within two days. It means that after your order is packaged and shipped by our team, within our 5 - 10 business day policy, it will then take 2-days via USPS to be delivered to you.

If you'd like to receive tracking information, please be sure to add your email address at checkout. The USPS tracking information is automatically sent via email once the label is created in our system. Alohiwai is not responsible for packages being lost by USPS. Packages may be tracked via the USPS website. 

Wrong shipping address:

Please email alohiwaihawaii@yahoo.com IMMEDIATELY once you've realized you input the wrong shipping address at checkout. Please title the Subject in the email with your Order# and "Shipping Address Correction." In the body of the email please again reference the Order# and list the correct shipping address. This will help our team when filtering through our emails, especially during large releases to see the email and note it before we ship out your order. 

Once we create the shipping labels for an order, we are unable to change the shipping address. 

If you do not email us prior to the shipping label being created, it is then your kuleana. You may use the USPS tracking information and update the shipping address via the USPS website. 

Special cases for rush delivery:

We understand that sometimes you need your items shipped prior to our 5 - 10 day business policy. In that case, please email alohiwaihawaii@yahoo.com after placing your order with the Order# and requested delivery date. Depending on how many orders we have and where your order is in the queue, we may be able to accommodate your request. Some requests, if accepted, may require an additional rush fee.

This request is not available during large releases.
